By using Arbiter you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
AI answers can be wrong
Arbiter produces answers with AI models and web search. Answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important information yourself. Arbiter does not provide professional legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Your accounts and costs
Online features use your own OpenAI and Google API accounts. You are responsible for those accounts, their terms, and any usage charges.
Actions on your PC
On Windows, App control can change projects in Roblox Studio, Blender and Unreal Engine, and open programs, but only after you approve each change. Review each action before approving it, and keep backups of important work.
Acceptable use
Don't use Arbiter to break the law, harm others, or generate content that violates the AI providers' usage policies. Use Report to tell us about harmful output.
No warranty
Arbiter is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Arbiter Development is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
